Meadows Family Dentistry is proud to host a FREE Community Back-to-School Dental Event for children from uninsured families. Children who do not have dental insurance and are not currently receiving public assistance may receive: • FREE Comprehensive Dental Exam • FREE Digital Dental X-Rays • FREE Illinois School Dental Examination Form • Oral Health Education This charitable event is designed to help children receive the dental care they need before returning to school while completing the required Illinois school dental examination. Appointments are required. Availability is limited. We are proud to support healthier smiles throughout Lake County and surrounding communities.
