Mayor Tom Hood and Ellen Dean, the Village's Economic Development Director, present what happened this year and what is coming next. Development in progress. Where growth is headed. What it means for the businesses working here.

You will not get this from a press release. You get it in person, with the chance to ask.

Open to every business, not just Gurnee.

You do not have to be a Chamber member. You do not have to be based in Gurnee. If you do business in Lake County, this is your room.

Gurnee draws customers from across the region, and what happens here reaches well past the village line. Come for what the Village has to say, or come for the 125 business owners and decision makers having lunch in the same room. Both are worth the afternoon.

How the day runs

11:00 am, check-in opens
11:00 am – 12 pm, open networking
12:00 pm plated lunch and the business presentation begins
2:00 pm, close

Arrive at 11:00. The first hour is the networking most attendees say they come for, and it is over before the program starts.
